Hi, I’m Agatha Kalay. Food has always been at the heart of my life. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked in the restaurant and catering world, learning every part of the business from the ground up. I started by cleaning tables, moved into management, and eventually helped restaurants overcome some of their toughest challenges. What I’ve learned is that success comes not only from great food, but from making every guest feel like family.

One of the most defining moments in my career was the chance to revive a restaurant that was failing before. Through long hours, determination, and a focus on quality and service, I was able to rebuild its reputation and customer base in less than a year. Under my leadership, the restaurant ranked in the top 10 out of 42 locations. Along with my team we were also recognized six times by one of the biggest catering services in the southern region.

Today, I’m bringing that same dedication into my own catering business. With the support of my family, who have encouraged me through every late night and big decision, I’m excited to step into this new chapter as a small-business owner. My commitment is to create a catering experience where every event is memorable, every customer feels valued, and every meal is something to savor.
